Message: Had a pop up for 10 years and now that the kids are out of the house wanted to step up to a hybrid for me and the wife. Bradford had one that hit all our buttons, pre owned. Went to see it, found some little flaws that our sales man said they would address and guess what? THEY DID! Just a great experience from the initial visit to the pick up. The owner, the finance guy, the sales and service guys. No pressure, every time we were there it was like stopping at Dunkin for a coffee. When we picked up we had a 90 minute tutorial and I LOVED how the service guy knew we were upgrading from a pop up and made a point to show some differences. Just tremendous service all around.. 2023 follow up. We traded our hybrid for a new Wildwood and just as easy, positive and helpful. Again the orientation to the newer bigger camper was outstanding. These guys are 2 for 2 with us.

Message: Well Bill over here is a great guy he was very nice and explained stuff simple to me told me what I had to take care of and that he would work with me to get my problem fixed. He made it so simple and painless. I will start using Bradford for all my RV needs for sure now. I had spent hours on the phone with my original dealer who just wanted to make everything hard as possible for me so I was nervous about calling other places but I called Bradfords and they are taking care of my problem without making any other problems for me on top of it.
