Message: The guy behind the counter at the West Side advanced Auto was working by himself today and just one driver to deliver parts and he was very busy but he was doing a great job I'm keeping everyone happy and patient. I think his name was Lee but I'm not sure. That was today Monday. I purchase a lot of cleaning products from there and also a lot of paint Plus the hi temp red paint for the calipers. The prices are good and lifetime warranty on most of the parts that you buy. Never really had a problem with them other than a tool that I wanted to rent and it was not in at the time. Otherwise the Westside Advanced is pretty great in my opinion.

Under the unfortunate circumstances James went above and beyond to assist us in locating parts that were out of stock while answering multiple phones with extreme courtesy and patience, and ringing up customers all at the same time. He made the experience much better than it could have gone and deserves praise for not losing his mind as I know I would have! Thanks James for excellent service!
