Message: I visited here on 2/15/22. I thought I had a leak in one of my tires so I brought my truck in for them to repair it. The girl at the counter was extremely nice and helpful and then a man named Marcus (I think) came out to grab my keys and truck. He brought it in and finished and came back out to return my keys to me. He told me he checked the entire tire everywhere and couldn’t find a leak. He then said he filled up all of my tires because they were all a bit low, and added that ill probably need new tires soon as the tread is running low. He was extremely kind and helpful. I stepped to the counter to pay and he turned to me and said no you’re all set you don’t owe us anything have a nice day. Needless to say I was very appreciative and shocked that even though my tire didn’t have a leak, they still didn’t charge me after spending 20+ mins of their time on my vehicle. I was very impressed with the honesty and hospitality that Access Auto Too showed, and I will be going to them for any of my auto needs in the future.
